GENERAL TOS
1) Anything against my TOS will result in your request being denied and potentially blacklisted or blocked.Along with TOS this is also lists a few things that you should know:2) Please be courteous and considerate when interacting. I will not tolerate negative behaviour.3) If I ghost you it is never intentional. I have a bad reply habit. Please feel free to message me again if this happens.4) I procrastinate a lot but I do try my best to prioritise commissions. So it might take a while.
5) On that note, I have school, extracurriculars and lots of assessments which may push back the delivery date as well as other priorities in real life.6) Do not trace, copy, heavily reference or steal any of my artwork - especially if it wasn't made for you.7) My work quality can vary. However, levels of shading are relatively consistent - please refer to examples to see differences.8) I reserve the right to deny a request for any reason, not just TOS violations.9) I may post the finished work on my social media and portfolio use, and you are allowed to refuse this.

10) Please don't ask me for any other forms of contact/DMs outside of Kofi. My Kofi is also strictly for commission negotiation and not conversation, thanks!11) When crediting, please credit my twitter, toyhouse or instagram. You may request for a refund before the lineart stage. You are not allowed to request for one after I've sent you the lineart.Price negotiation:

Prices can be lower or higher depending on:
- Character complexity (eg. plain white cat vs super sparkle pattern lathered horned demon angel neon kitty with 67 different colours)
- Scene complexity (eg. grass field vs complex architecture/city)
- C0deword, include this in your form so I know you have read TOS: Jam
- Shading detail (eg. flat colour vs full render)
- Number of characters in the drawing (eg. one guy sitting alone vs one guy and three other guys in a cafe)
If you're commissioning art of you and a significant other please keep in mind:
- I will not draw kissing. Unless it's like a peck on the cheek or something I can't draw kissing LOL
- Please nothing more than kissing.
- I can draw you together hanging out but not too closely.
- Keep it SFW type beatOther sensitive topics
- I can draw weapons, medical, gore related things
- I will not draw realistic gore or extreme gore
- I will not draw heavily sensitive topics and self harm or suicide
PRICING
All artworks are fully shaded by default.Icon/Chibi - ~$30
Halfbody - ~$40
3/4 - ~$50
Fullbody - ~ $60
Reference sheet - Depends on what you would like to be added in there. Reference sheets are always either flat colour or basic shaded.
Scene - $70-100+ (depending on complexity)
This is the default price for scenes. Scenes are always fully rendered etc.Style is negotiable!
I will draw in my usual style by default but I can draw in a more cartoon/shape style and a more warrior cats type style. You can always send an example of my art if you want something like it.
Add ons:
Character complexity - if your character is like notoriously difficult to draw and involves a lot of complex coloured patterns and/or layering etc. i may charge for that. feel free to ask beforehand.
Fully rendered - Icon/Chibi - +5
Halfbody - Fullbody - +10Background (for any size that isn't a scene) - +10-20 depending on complexity - simple colours and patterns don't count and can be added for freeAdditional characters will be charged the same price depending on size, for example, two icons of characters together = $50However:
Background characters in scenes will cost less depending on visibility and size.

PROCESS
If your reference sheet has/is suggestive/NSFW, I will not draw the character! This includes clothing etc.Process:
1. Please send a detailed explanation/description of what you want drawn and send references. Would rather images than Toyhouse profiles.Examples of what you can include:
- Pose
- Background/references for clothes etc.
- colour/composition inspirationThe c0deword to order is : JAM2. I will accept or deny the request. If anything goes against my TOS or do's and dont's I will deny the commission. I can also deny your request for any reason. (This likely won't happen but just putting it here)
3. After placing your order, I'll accept or deny it. Please note I can spend anytime from a day to a month or so on a commission as I am a very busy. Don't worry though I normally open commissions during holidays.3. I will send you the sketch and you can request changes. Same process for lineart.
Please reply ASAP and keep in contact or I will assume the product is okay and continue working on it.4. I will finish the artwork and send it. You cannot request anymore changes from here on.(unless it's adding onto the piece - keep in mind I would have merged layers at this point.)
You can also request to see any stage of the drawing like colour etc.
